Oh yeah, you guys can't see it but on the top there are instruction on how to open the can:
1.) タブをおこす = Raise the Tab
2.) タブをもとす = Return the Tab (to it's original location)

Well, somebody probably received a lawsuit somewhere (due to someone being stupid, certainly), in a country that was most likely America, so you never know
