The unblurred part of this sign says "ni chuui" which means "be careful of" or "be aware of". I have blurred out the object that the sign is warning against. The game is to guess what this sign says, post in the comments.
Hint: The sign is posted on the fence of an elementary school.

It says "chikan ni chuui" which means, as ben correctly guessed (via google he tells, damned kids with their computers) "beware of perverts"Go go Japan....
